I invested in AUG because of Sombrero and Canadian assets were more of a liability and money drain. They will be able to focus much more. I don't think these will trade at 45 million dollars when listed. By this time ie. End of the year we should have drill results. If they are positive we can have more than current market cap valuation of new entities alone. My point is that there is no arbitrage opportunity as such at this stage. If the drilling results were bad you could discount other assets and arbitrage opportunity would appear.
