RE:Aha, a new chapter in the life of ZMS
Well I have now read it and will start off by just saying "Wow"!

I don't think I have ever see 9 transactions of writing off loans back and forth and up and down the chain.

Two years ago or so when it was an operating company I don't recall seeing paperwork related to all of those encumbrances but they could have been there and I just didn't have the smarts to recognize them.

So is this essentially a bankruptcy in sheeps clothing for the ordinary shareholder(?) one step worse than the BirdView offering or ??

I will have to chew on it for at least a day and see if it enlightens me at all. Other opinions or views or comments may help.
