What's going on and why can't I sell?

What's going on and why can't I sell?Ok. So obviously something is going on the past few days. I'ved wanted to sell sooooooo badly over the last two days and my broker won't let me. I could not only be break-even but actually up at these levels. We are talking about the difference between losing 5 figures and getting nothing vs. recouping 5 figures and making a little extra. My broker keeps rejecting my orders to sell stating there is a cease trade order on this stock. Ok......so how are all these other people trading and buying/selling it right now while i'm left bag holding and losing out on the 5 figure opportunity to sell and get out?
Who has insights here as to how this is trading, how i can get out as well, and why the value has suddenly shot up? Did their bankruptcy claim and the sham of a sale get rejected by the court because they are screwing the shareholders hard, and we are actually going to get something and insiders are buying now at the discounts (again why are these people allowed to trade it and not me)?
