Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

A great summary Rose; I have been a longtime shareholder (2003 ish) and have acquired many shares along the way; a few in the "1c days" but not as many as I should have.
I was happy to see you mention Dr Blair as I have always felt he has not received enough credit for his dedication to the company and was sad he died before it really took off. I bought because of him and an appearance he did on what was then ROB-TV. 
Re your potential "No" vote ; I have often thought about this too and tend to think it's best to go the board recommend. But I would be curious on your thoughts on this even tho it's pure speculation at this point.
