Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:Past, Present and Future. My Thoughts. I've been long since about 2013 when the share price was $0.30 and went through the "old regime" fiasco - that was a dangerous time for PHO. Glad the board stepped in and did right by all stakeholders.

I think the company has the right people in place and great products and is primed to grow. The one thing that attracted me to PHO in the first place is the Balance Sheet. I really hope they keep it that way and do not over-spend on acquisitions in order to grow rapidly. The last thing I'd want to see is huge "Goodwill" or "Intangible Assets" on the balance sheet. Targetted and deliberate acquisitions are the way to go - like what the did with Micronor and FiSens. Parkland Fuels is another great example of calculated inorganic growth.

I think the SP can easily achieve +$5 during this macro semiconductor cycle (2-3 years). In order to get to a $1B market cap ($10SP), I think PHO would need at least $200M in Revenues.
