RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bombardier quitte son siège social de MTL pour DorvalJohnney, the chance is very slim for next 2 years imo but it trades as such. But what sham said about $400M interest being acceptable, it is not - it does not meet the ratios expected by Wall Street. Why would you spend billions developing a better airplane only to lose the sale over your financial woes? You think customers care if the hq is moved to Dorval? Nope. But they care if Bombardier will be around tomorrow and the competition reminds them everyday - the debt is costing them a lot more than 8% believe me, I've been in that situation. Everybody knows that in sales you have to eliminate objections and this is a major one to overcome for the sales team. Martel doesn't need to have a big pow-wow to discuss how to grow imo, sales will happen if the debt is normalized and the company's future is assured. Organizations aren't buying skidoos, they're buying $60M planes with a 20+ year life and they want to know the company will be around. This is the elephant in the room and refusing govt help is dumb unless there is a grand plan to address the debt ( ideally you buy the debt under par gradually which means not too many good news...you do that kind of thing quietly). YMMV. #pablos imagination. #Pablo the idiot.
