RE:Shareholder Voting from Marathon

RE:Shareholder Voting from MarathonThanks for the info Ridge,

I too got the call this evening from a young lady @ DF King encouraging my  vote.
I told her it's quite pointless from a retail shareholder perspective, as the outcome has already been determined by the large Institutional holders.
She said a certain percentage of individual shareholder voting participation was required to achieve
legitimacy ! ...I responded, "you mean like quorum" ...and she said "yes, like quorum".  ???

...not quite sure what this all means, or what to do,   don't know who are the best directors,  don't have information circular   to understand stock option or equity-based share plans etc ... so I'll probably vote to do nothing !

btw, one thing I'm confident of;  "smelly little fish on P I Z Z A, is just  W R O N G"
