Payday for Method

Payday for Method

Anyone who has purchased into FIRE.DB at the recent price which was a 75% discount of the full debenture unit, such as Method has been preaching here will see a fruitful return on their investment as of this morning's news.

I had said that debentures can (and i anticipated it here) be renegotiated such as what recently occurred with TGIF and has happened here.

congrats to you Method!

On the equity side (common shares), this adds a significant amount of dilution.  This will make the upward movement more of a grind, but this will be offset with greater buying interest from the market due to a more attentive balance sheet as a result of the debt reduction. This was a move recently done by Aphria.

I assume Beena wants to get this done before Q4 is released which if it will be as great as many think here, it's a smart move doing it this way. Company will be in a position that it can eventually force conversion of any remaining debentures.
