RE:RE:CTO still in placeit also why they prob intentionnaly not fill there cse financial and  simulate bankruptcy (you can reverse split 10 -1 ) and get financing 

they know they was to be challenged by cse or irroc they wanted to be like a private company with no liability.

they dont care about us.
