I see mil+ shares traded daily and share price stays within a couple of cents. Tells me someone is accumulateing a lot of shares and not wanting them to rise. For a mine in red lake months to first pour it is dirt cheap. Their drilling is mostly in the mine itself but to the south east is their naibour Great Bear who by the way is driling their huge DIXIE  project LG fault along a south east fault.Also Great Bear just purchased the property directly south of them. When PGM is finished with the drilling at the mine site a stepout project just might  be a KABOOM
