BetterLife Pharma Inc. is a biotechnology company. It also owns a drug candidate for the treatment of viral infections.

Update on the current trading halt of BetterLife from CFO Moira Ong:

Due to the fundamental change in business resulting from the pending merger, BetterLife had to put a voluntary halt on its stock (Canadian Securities Exchange regulations). The CSE is currently reviewing a filing document that BetterLife will be filing for the merger. As soon as this filing document is approved for public filing, the CSE will remove the halt. BetterLife is working with the CSE to move this process along as quickly as possible.
