RE:RE:RE:no more mine title lost. new online staker acquired the mining lease, in October 2019 the Hearne expired and another online claim staker acquired the ground. the mining lease did not have the tailings pond within the mining lease for some reason, the same October 2019 staker got the tailings pond with the hearne. DiA halted, with the news, but has problems because it let stock run yesterday, why? because they used the run to raise the down payment cash by selling into the market....

the BKM lawyer and management are to blame for this, government followed procedures, this happens quite often but never to this extreme where a mining lease expired, it was issued with conditions for 1 year, not the usual 30 year term, and the annual fee wasnt paid even.
