It seems to have lots of moving parts and depend on many parties coming to agreement. Not easy to achieve. For example, TUD, AMK & TUO would have to agree to the addtional 2% NSR. It seems a stretch because Treaty is already subject to 3% NSRs: Teuton's 1% and another 2% to a third party. This would bring the total to 5%. It would also require Sprott to agree to the proposed arrangement, and require the raising of $40 million in debt. Also not easy.
Personally, I would prefer that the Teuton's Treaty Creek 20% interest is separated from the other properties. This, because I would not want all the other properties to be absorbed into a larger company when a buyout does come.
Anyway, some form of spin out should be positive.
