The typical BC company transaction to hive out an asset would be an Arrangement - shares of Target converted to Two shares, one holding retained assets the other subject to an exchange for cash and/or aquiror paper.

And today's action - thank you gold, thank you for such a tight float Dino. You back out the big shareholders and committed longs waiting on drill results, there just isn't any distribution taking place.
