Do you know how TLD is applied in the lung cancer treatment? I wouldn't think they would be able to fill a lung the same way they fill a bladder right after a surgery? Depending upon how it is applied, this can be used for a lot of different cancer surgeries... Odd that Theralase is mum regarding the application of one of their compounds...

Nothing more than a wild guess but I still think the Rutherrin could be applied via inhalation. Maybe through a nebulizer? Then after it has time to localize, in whatever cancer cells are left after the surgery, zapp the area with the Lumeda machine. ???
Hi Quattro...more than likely they would approach the cancer via a guided intratumoral injection. If not accessible by this route, IV is an option. A nebulized treatment would not specifically target a peripheral or hard-to-reach cancer...much of any nebulized medications end up deposited in the upper airway, including the nose, mouth & throat.
