Yes, RHT never pre-release financials warning. That is very bad company governance and Lisa should be blame do .

But to be fair, in Q2 (?) Lisa did withdrew from projecting future revenue growth. Thus a seasoned investor can get the hint of a warning. The only trouble we find is she stop short of updating on cash flow positive projection. Nevertheless, the latter is a added failure in straight forward connection with investors.
