RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:?The idea is plausible, however....
The optimism in me causes me to think that with the timing and so many things reportedly ongoing in the background, I am hopeful that some piece or pieces of news will gel and be released to quash the idea of a financing, sellers vaporizer and fresh investors onboard with solid science or collaboration news published to the public and renewed interest from existing shareholders.
The guy wearing the CEO hat studied the voting results from the last AGM and got the message from those results I’m sure. Since then he has the assistance of some added professional help.
If news is to be released and there is more than one piece of news then I think it is both prudent and common knowledge that you put out the lesser news first. I see the last news showing an agreement with University of Miami and immune protection technology as “fluff” as I called it or the lesser of news pieces at hand. I do think that Sernova’s position was strengthened with that news.
For deals involving multinational pharmaceutical companies are $3000 to $5000/hr lawyers who have no incentive to be in a hurry. And the processes are slow to the degree that we almost have to think in geological terms it seems like. Indicators are that negotiations have been ongoing for some time already but who knows how close they are?
