Beauce Gold Fields Inc. is a Canada-based gold exploration company focused on placer to hard rock exploration in the Beauce region of Southern Quebec, Canada. The Company's flagship property is the St-Simon-les-Mines Gold project. The project comprises of a block of 152 claims as well as seven real estate lots, and the project area hosts a six-kilometer long placer channel that consists of an unconsolidated gold-bearing sedimentary unit (a lower saprolite and an upper brown diamictite). The Ditton property is located in southern Quebec in the municipality of Chartierville. Quebec. The property comprises of 310 claims that extends for at least 15 km along the axis of the Bella Fault. It is divided into four areas historic placer gold districts: the Ditton, the Mining Brook, the Chesham and the Emberton. The Company owns 21 prospective phosphates (P2O5) properties throughout Quebec comprised of 300 claims totaling 19,935 hectares.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Result deadlines?Got a fill on my order this morning and yet there appears to be no volume noted on the stock for the Venture exchange.  It seems that the trades are going to another market.  Most likely a tactic to hide accumulation.  My spidey sense tells me when this starts to trade it will fly.  I have had great success with pyr and hpq so I can take bgf headon.  best to all folks owning this!  mpke
