You should only use an 'investor' approach on blue chip stocks. Fundamental analysis does not apply to these junior miners. If you use your 'investor' approach and are not willing to take your profits out on a momentum upswing at some point you will eventually lose all your money. A stock like amk is more than likely to trade back under .05 cents within the next 3 years. Eventually, the bull market will fade and the mass market participants will move on to other stocks or markets. Most of these junior penny stocks start to fade and downtrend just because there are no more buyers and the sellers outway the trading and they trend down on lower and lower volumes. Actually, if you do this long enough you can pick tops and bottoms. But, it takes years and years of observing and trading with your own real money.
