The ramifications of the cc are a bit staggering. They expect Florence to be in full operation by early 2022. When that happens Florence will produce 80% of the company's copper (in 99.99 % pure cathode sheets) at significantly less cost than Gib. Florence will conservatively double company profits. Let's assume copper price and production at Florence even out and .08 profit continues going forward (it will be higher because of rising copper prices, but leave that out for now). Florence would increase the profit to .16 per quarter. At a conservative 20 pe that would put the sp at $12.80 USD.
Increasing copper prices raises that significantly. Thats a 20 bagger there by the end of 2020. Hard to NOT see that happening. Risks would be falling copper prices. Florence permits are in the bag IMO.
