Its Kesar Creek Project consists of one exploration license, EL 2711, and is contiguous with the K92 Mining Inc. tenements. Its The Tinga Valley Property consists of one exploration license, EL2720, located in the Papua Mobile Belt, which is host to several Tier 1 copper and gold mines.

LEVIATHAN GOLD QUESTION Anyone can confirm if new FSX shares purchased today will be elligible to receive Leviathan Gold shares for equal amount of shares? Is there a set date to be elligible to receive the newco shares? I am having difficulty to understand the spin-off news release issued at the end of June.
