LEVIATHAN GOLD QUESTION

Anyone can confirm if new FSX shares purchased today will be elligible to receive Leviathan Gold shares for equal amount of shares? Is there a set date to be elligible to receive the newco shares? I am having difficulty to understand the spin-off news release issued at the end of June.
