The EL 1070 in Newfoundland is considered to be an exploration and evaluation asset, as it is still in the exploration stage. The Company’s Pratt County project is considered a developed oil and natural gas property. The Company’s subsidiary is Shoal Point U.S.A. Inc.

Hearne50. I would guess some investors that got in early at 0.08 are getting nervous with the lack of news. Selling before bad news hits and stock goes to 0.01. Just my guess. We know SHP and Shelby are top notch companies and would not be drilling into nothing. They already have pumped oil out of the secondary zone. They wouldn't announce anything until they have maximum output. Then we are off to the moooon.
