Russia to start Mass Vaccinations

Saw the news today that Russia will be starting mass vaccinations in October. Surprised that they are skipping some standard practices when developing vaccines, but if their vaccine works, then it will be like Sputnik.

im pretty sure that China won't be far behind, but let's hope this vaccine is both safe and effective.
