Convertible loan (yesterday NR) is good for shareholders...For those of you who don't know what a convertible loan is (as stated in the $HRH latest NR yesterday for $5,000,000)... here's a nice description of how it works, and how it is a benefit to shareholders - way better than an offering or private placement, which dilutes share value.
