There is alot if unbridled enthusiasm for this stock here, it sounds like it has a lot of potential, but given the $800m mkt cap and $38m backlog, it's safe to say that the Torch contracts are already priced into the stock. I think everybody is expecting torch contracts totalling over $1b, with high margin unit prices around $3m and no capital raises required? Tall order, let's see if they deliver.
