RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dumb as a door knob ?

Deerabby - the fact of the matter is Toscana could have done the same as I3E - Really - borrow $28m from the banks and then offer to buy back your own debt a year or two later for 10 cents on the dollar - genius ! The fact of the matter is you are nuts!!

Dont know whether you saw the latest RNS/presentations/Interviews from I3E. The Gain Energy transaction looks like it will be signed off next week. Toscana was not the most prominent part of the presentation and was referred to as - Possible Transaction. The Gain Deal  is going ahead with or without Toscana. The aquisition metrics are similar to Toscana and the Oil / Gas Production is about 10 x that of Toscana. A Toscana aquisition if it happens will be on I3E terms and is not a deal breaker for I3E.

It will be of some comfort to you that I3E Management are sharing some of the misery with I3E long term shareholders - I3Es share count will go up from 107m to nearly 780m to finance the deal. HRc60to65 earlier estimation of the expected dilution appears to be on the nail.
