RE:RE:RE:RE:maybe reports have been digested That sounds like it joh, Moore came out with the change in direction in Nov/Dec...moving to CPG and looking for new CEO, of which I assume Beena was ialready involved in but not formally as she was still with Hain. The forcast was up and running with much better production and realizing profit within a quarter or two when up and running, very aggressive plan which was reined in by a month or two for several reasons...a big one was the switch to rec from med B2B that would take more work/time than anticipated so they kept earnings estimates low, all very prudent. There was plenty of parsing out of this on the board at the time.
The CPG system install had a few issues during install, which is normal and to be expected, and the brand new market on the rec side was going to take some time to create a presence on the shelf in many different areas, all brand new and H&F were of little help at that stage of the game.
You are spot on and when you add in the lack of progress in Ont retail outlet openings and COVID on top of an overall brand new marketplace, Moore, Beena and team have done a stellar job....agreed FQ4/20 will beat estimate, by how much is the question and by all the info you have provided and the aggressive marketing, the ever increasing menu evolution and with ramp up to full production now pretty well completed we couldn't be better positioned than we are today.
I see definate parallels with APHA as well, even better, and they are pretty well the strongest preformer in the sector for the last while...as always you are a gentleman, a scholar and a fine judge of whiskey, FIRE is going to rock with handsome rewards for those that own. JMHO...Opt

now I know they were overly conservative with what they were telling analysts - so as to not have expectations go sky high. I fully expect them to beat the analyst estimates though.
there was some excitement in tone when discussing q1 though. As humble and fume really ramp up distribution of all the new products.
I may be over reading what was being put down - but q1 sounds like it will be that water-shed quarter we have been waiting for.
either way I expect sept and nov to be very positive releases -
MMCap I'm sure accepted all that equity - knowing full well the direction supreme was headed.
just like they did with aphria and their comvertible restructure. A month later aphria posted great earnings and MMCap was sitting on a ton more aphria shares.
