RE:Chance of buy out? At the moment:
Most likely-
Platreef becomes a spinoff with some financing deal.
Someone can, if they want, try to buy it out or buy a controlling interest.
It would be a pricey deal, much of the property has not been drilled yet. What has been is fantastic.
Kapushi may be sold off when a good deal comes along. Although the ROI is good, it does not compare to Platreef or K&K.
K&K would have to command a hefty price. I would not expect a buyout here, but who knows.
Western Forelands - An interested party may pay a high premium to partner up. If you feel the same as companies like Tesla that a copper shortage is looming on the horizon. You know there are not many options currently for securing a long term supply.
Any current competition can run the numbers and see they can't compete wirh Ivanhoe. Do they try to partner or make a deal to survive.
Least likely:
Any deal for all if Ivanhoe together.
Highly likely -
K&K goes to production earlier than scheduled.
Platreef - At this time I'm guessing spinoff before production. They already have a stockpile of material from just digging the hole. The possibilities of what else they may find there if they started drilling again are staggering.
