RE:RE:crew not a good company

RE:RE:crew not a good company

Unsecured means Crew didn't have to put up any collateral to borrow the money. Since Crew energy didn't have to put anything in signing " which assets to sell" shows that Crew energy has a very good credit rating. Companies going bankrupt will have specific assets to sell if they default.

Why I don't believe in a take over. If you ever worked for David Smith you start to see the reflection of Keyera in Crew Energy. Also, let's put some pieces together. Right now Keyera is constructing 3 gas plants and a Kaps pipeline with SemCAM Midsteam. SemCAM is Semgroup and KKR. That's right the same KKR that bought into Costal Gaslink. I wonder who the strategic partner is for Crew. KKR buys into struggling but very good Assets.

When I hear pathetic reasons for Crew to sell cause of adjacent land blah blah blah makes me cringe. Cant people see how Crew is already tie into something else.

David Smith, Keyera one of North America's largest Midstream company. David Smith Boad of Directors Crew  Energy.  This is very simple stuff to piece together. Maybe some people show keep their 7-11 jobs or go back to their safe spaces
