Just a thought, maybe EAT is of questionable character and are the very type of unsavouries that Nevada doesn't want stinkin' up their State!  EAT is really good at burning through cash and I remember the end run deal we tried to do with Palo Verde and got caught.  Companies infested with lawyers are of great concern to me because lawyers are trained to walk in the grey areas and EAT has certainly done that.  There's been a lot of energy put into stupid ideas that turn out to be non-existant while the investor's cash makes its way to lawyer's and management pockets.  It is a tough row to hoe for serious potpreneurs doing everything legal and above reproach and long term, do nothing companies are gonna tank.  My guess is that 95 plus % of them are going to fail so choose wisely.  glta and dyodd
