Overly Optimistic?

Overly Optimistic? Not sure why everyone is so excited by possible insider buying of shares.. If a buyer is not willing to pay $0.10 for a stock that has been trading for 7 years, it has NO potential. .The reality is a 100,000 block costs you $6,500 which is chump change for a lead investor to move the needle on this..even if a million shares change hands it is still chump change.  The reality is going on 3 years less than $0.10 which is basically insolvency...looks like a duck, quacks like a duck it is a duck unfortunately. Seems like this bull board is grasping at straws, cannot blame anyone, been years in the tank on this one
