It owns 100% of the Newton Project in the Clinton Mining Division of British Columbia (B.C.). The Newton Property is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) west of the city of Williams Lake in central B.C. The Project encompasses more than 24,000 hectares, the deposit contains 861,400 oz Au and 4,678,000 oz Ag. The Project is a large, low - to intermediate-sulphidation, epithermal gold deposit that formed at about 72 Ma, contemporaneous with felsic volcanic and intrusive rocks emplaced into a rifted, structurally active graben.
