RE:I Have ONE Question For This PONY BB !!!No, it's not. They do have to renew their debt revolver with the bank but it's not really utilized (1/3rd only) as most of their debt is held by a hedge fund. That debt isn't due for another 2 years. If management held out a little longer they could realize $3/GJ gas prices this winter and pay down some of that debt. The deal doesn't make any sense. Either the company is in worse shape than management lead us to believe or management got fat golden parachutes to sell the company.
