cnq bid is worth about 7 million tourmaline shares

cnq bid is worth about 7 million tourmaline sharescnq offerred .69 times 160 millions shares  so plus or minus 110 million in cash plus assumption of debt

tourmaline trading just under 17 bucks.  if they threw in 6-7 million shares plus assumed the debt they would be equal to cnq bid.  Tourmaline has about 270 million shares outstanding so that is about 2-3 per cent dilution.

if they offer 10 million shares that put the bid at just over a buck

Seems like a no no no no brainer.
