You are absolutely right Handy

You are absolutely right HandyI'm so pizzed with these guys I just expect the worst.  It looks official that we have sold Calyx, although their wordwizards are trying to make it look like we are still partners.  It looks like we have lightened up on $7 mil worth of debt in regards to Calyx.  Once upon a time Calyx was a premium asset of Nutritional Highs but they lost or dumped the lions share of the products to the point that it makes me wonder what was its reason for being.  I don't know who DB12 are but they are a LLC which means private and unanswerable.  I will have to do some due diligence on them.  No mention of what we are going to do with our newfound wealth if there is any.  Just a point of info but there are already several psylicibin companies out there that have got more going for them than EAT has, although the peyote button thing seems to be a new angle.  I don't know what the rules and regs are for this type of psychedelic but I am sure getting past the regulators is going to be onerous and some of the players already seem to be established pharma companies which I guess is a vote of confidence for its success.
