If I recall, there is significant collateral against the recent loans. The current lenders will not leave empty handed nor will they be standing in line with you and I if it were to come to that. My apologies for playing the devil's advocate...must be having a covid moment or maybe just totally pi*sed off that this thing is taking so long. GLTA
