I think, here is why, they are pushing it

Donald Trump wants some sort of vaccine or drug to cure Covid-19 before the election in November. None of other vaccine going to ready before election, but Spectral Analytics can make it happen before the election.

1. Spectral Analytics already done two IN VITRO studies and submitted on July 27, 2020
2. Spectral Analytics using two (2) FDA approved drugs which will be repurposed as a COVID19 treatment as they were able to lower the viral load.
3. They do not need to study for side effects, which is lot of work as these drugs are already FDA approved and side effect study already done.
4. They already filed for patent worldwide.
5. Spectral has already received Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval for the clinical study and the principal investigator for the first phase 1 clinical study has been initiated.
6. Clinical site ready go upon FDA approval.
7. First clinical trial for treating Covid-19 patient should be done in 30 days plus 7 day getting all the data.
8. Worldwide distribution already worked out with generic drug manufacturer.
9. Potential to run trial in third country which should be even quicker.
