RE:news release why bother?

At first , i thought this release had little importance but changing my mind ; now think it showcases the company sees they could improve operations and intend to expand more in the U.S.

"As we intend to continue M&A activities, we must ensure that acquired companies are well integrated and that synergies are fully captured."

I am not the biggest fan of growth by acquisition but if it going to happen - better to have it executed well.
