As in the Oct 2017 release of information, they did not specifically point to any specific Company or signing, just that the earnings were expected to be of significant increase. That is the purpose of the rule. Most of QTRH's press releases do not give financial details when they are related to a signing. That is their normal manner of releasing the signing. This does not, however, meet the requirements to release to the public "material information" that will affect the near term increase or decrease of the shareprice. Most resonable people would understand that if they announced many signings, there would likely be an impact. Do you think that tomorrow Apple agreed to pay to QTRH the $100 million plus award immediately that this would not require a press release. After all, everyone knows Apple lost the court case. In any event, less than 3 months to see what the fiancial impact will be.
