I think the website is dated, their stock is not doing well...so maybe they are taking it slow as both companies really don;t have $$$ to move forward. With the litigation Ucore already have agreement with IBC that anything in that sector it belongs to Ucore...3 sectors...1) REE, 2) Recycle, and 3) Sand oil.

So maybe they have to put on hold due to that.
