Additional PREB requirements?Jeff...how long do you think it will take to fulfill the requirements on Page 18 of the PREB document, which states the following: "By virtue of the preceding discussion, the Energy Bureau APPROVES the Agreement, subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to signing the Agreement, the Authority shall submit to the Energy Bureau for review and approval, the final version of the Agreement, including Appendix I of the Agreement, which will contain the final MTR applicable to the Project. 2. A provision must be added to the Agreement that expressly recognizes that no provision of the Agreement may be interpreted in a way that in any way violates the jurisdiction and authority of the Energy Bureau. 3. The dispute resolution clause (Article 22.12 of the Agreement) must be modified, to bring it into line with the applicable provisions established in Law 57-2014."
