PRO FORMA THIS PRO FORMA THAT

PRO FORMA THIS PRO FORMA THATToo many pro-forma's for me.   Q2-20 results appear to be ok but masked by pro-forma recalcuations and I really don't like "adjusted" earnings/losses as it demonstrates that management is really trying hard to work the numbers to look good.   So, forget the numbers this quarter as they will likely look allot different in Q3-20 and focus on the upcoming vote in September on the WEED plan of arrangement reorg.   It also looks like the "interim" CEO role will stay - I would imagine that WEED would like to see an accelleration of favourable USA pot legislation the Federal level and banking.   Most if not all States are on board.  See little downside here but weak markets will soften ACRG.U stock price and that will allow believers to buy more and position themselves going into the Fall.
