Yes, that is the purpose, to drive the stock price down so they can acquire as many shares as possible for as cheaply as possible from a company with a bright future.  If they can drive it down below $0.25, knowing it will double, triple, or quadruple in a year, than why not?  Obviously they're scamming people out of their shares, but its not illegal and they're in it to make money, and lots of it.

Here's how I see it: I can't beat them, so I will join them.  They drive the price down, so I will also buy it cheap.  I have time and will double or triple my money when they do.  Hopefully we'll see $1.00 in a year or sooner if some big contract comes along, but until we do I'll keep nibbling at these levels.
