Maybe you should consider dollar cost averaging since you're not sure. I think maybe you should at least buy a little of the stock "now'! I personally don't think you will ever see FSX go to $3.50 or lower but if it does, back up the truck.
Smart money, aka institutional investors and people like Eric Sprott & Ross Beaty recently paid $4.00 per share. You "may" also lose your chance at getting in on the Spinco! Not sure if they will give an advance warning or not about the date.
