Potential target

A company with thin trading and high management holding will unlock value if it is taken out!
In IBI's case, it's business fits well with WSP.
Even if WSP pays 10 times cashflow, around $14 , it is still lower than it's own 14 times.
I think this will happen at some point, sooner or later.
