Next to No news period for thissupposedly busy part for the SOE/DLA program 
   which is basically winding down after this month as well!
Nowhere near contracts won compared to last year that we are aware of!
If there was what's the reason for secrecy?

Is MRS bidding themselves out of the market to try to
   gain higher margins?
Are they to busy with the past orders that they can't handle any more?
Are the contracts for bidding not in our realm (which I find hard to believe
    considering the vendors they have)!
