RE:RE:RE:Rai’s new ownership No question that Temple didn't work out too well for anyone involved. I wasn't holding it up as a candidate for the takeover hall of fame. Rather, to illustrate how he drew that process out over many years. Yes he bought it all the way down, but a flashier billionaire would've come in and paid full dollar all at once back in 2015. He knew he could squeeze the minority interests, in that case with a series of rights offerings. 

I suspect your 1M shares held by the board (minus Sahi) is probably on the low side, especially if you count sr. mgmt as well.
