Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

I agree with you there, it's certainly a very strong reason why I am a shareholder.

Busted my azz off all my life and now it seems that I will finally be able to slow down, which at 65 I should be doing anyway. Sure glad that CT got all that cash for us so we can keep on drilling without worrying about what is happening to the share price. I'm no trader and have little clue about how all this works, especially with this shorting going on, but I assume that at the end of the day when the value comes out and there is an estimate, whatever that may be, say 30,000,000 oz for instance, then that is the value we should expect to get, regardless of what the share price is the day before that estimate comes out.

If for what ever reason an offer comes in to buy us out cheap, and I think $50/share is cheap, it would be downright shameful if it was voted in favour of by shareholders, especially if management were not in favour of it. All this negative activity would tend to make people go for a lower offer than what it will be worth, simply because it would be a really nice gain to them and they would want to get money before it dropped again, or were worried no more offers would come.

I sure hope that won't be the case and patiently wait for my magical $178.50 per share. Well actually I'm impatient because I can't buy any more at these low prices. Damn!
