As a president of a Canadian Corporation, I have responsibilities to physically sign papers at the Bank of Montreal [BMO].
There is no way this can happen without me being physically present.
I just called BMO Harris’s [BMO’s American division] Chicago headquarters.
They said that I had to go to Canada, I couldn’t just fly to Chicago instead.
